I suppose it's good for communicating what is going on with people's libraries and show off their pictures.

IS TOOL USED EASY TO NAVIGATE AND UNDERSTAND
No. All the sights have too much information on them and they are jumbled-up and it looks like you have to sign-up for some of them.

WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TO OTHERS
I would have no idea waht to recommend.
