Describe how your library uses E-mail.
Inter library communication is done mostly by E-mail. To keep abreast of what is going on you have to keep checking the e-mail and I'm not one to do that. I also think it is impersonal and easy to misinterpret. I'd rather talk to someone -even on the phone.

Are you an active user of TEXT messaging and IM?
No. I rarely use my cell phone since I have no one to talk to. I even hardly use my phone. On one month's bill I used one minute only!
My Dad does TEXTing and he gets a big kick out of it. He TEXTs his grandsons out of town and they respond almost instantly.
